  • All sports teams in America ie (basketball, football, etc) should be made to have the same racial percentages as the US as a whole:
    74% Caucasian
    12% Black
    5% Asian
    2% American Indian
    7% Other

    otherwise, it is racist!

  • It is incredible to me that there are people that eat this up and agree with this viewpoint. Isn't it enough to take from the pages of history and see that communism just does not provide a long term solution? People are individuals and will always gravitate toward liberty and freedom. I will pray for all of you; even as many of you mock me for my faith as well as my political beliefs.

  • The CPUSA is a liberal organization that may as well be dissolved into the Democratic Party. There is nothing "communist" about this Party. It is necessary at this critical juncture to see Obama for who he is -- an imperialist who has actually intensified the wars under the guise of "getting out". However, instead of taking a PRINCIPLED stand AGAINST THE WAR, this horrific organization of sell-outs has simply gone along with the same war because of the "new face" of the empire. Shame on the CPUSA.

  • (Seems interesting that there are no comments on the SOTA by our Vice-Chair in the midst of pre-confab discussion)
Thanking God,for the opportunity to comment, and associating with the comments of brother Jarvis and commending him,it is very important that we engage in such an issue as of the State of the Union Address.
It is obvious, but it is what the working-class is talking about, listening to and in some way, acting on. This acting is fluid now and can take very positive forms, and we can lead, influence and help give these sense and purpose, helping workers and allies advance.

    The address seemed contradictory.
The emphasis on jobs and fighting global warming was excellent and very supremely promising to advancing the conditions of the working-class in these United States of America.
The address contained two big threats to this advance of conditions of the working-class:

    (1) Freezing domestic discretionary spending

    (2) Economic,budgetary,fiscal,military,political,
    philosophical,monetary support to oppose
    "enemies","threats","opponents","Taliban"
in Afghanistan, with its deaths, haywire debts,
    monetary,social-psychological casualties to
the working-class and the whole people of these
    United States of American Union

Advancing the State of the Union with job creation and greening, the healthy instinct of our President, cannot happen with freezing the power of helping our economy in the short term with freezing discretionary spending, which leading economist Kruger says will hurt, and neither will killing long term fiscal capacity by squandering billions and billions in Iraqi War "ghost contracted" unlimited budgeting.
Spending for jobs and greening is basic to restore and revive our economy, yet on course for catastrophe.
Without this spending, the working-class here-the central element of these United States of America-we are dead on arrival,DOR,and the State of the Union of the United States of America is dead.
