New Yorkers oppose JROTC funding

On June 9 on the steps of New York City Hall, members of Military Families Speak Out, Code Pink and Granny Peace Brigade initiated an effort to delete $2 million from the city budget that is spent annually by the NY City Department of Education to support the JROTC program in the city’s high schools.
