One nurse summed up the legal victory to keep Wisconsin state Capitol open: "What Walker has done is sad. So we came dressed for a funeral but we are ready to dance. We expect that we will win this battle."

More arrests as foreclosure protests spread

Six people were arrested December 20 when they locked arms as they attempted to enter a Bank of America branch in Missouri, refusing police orders to turn back during a protest against the bank's home foreclosures.
