Michael Parenti

Michael Parenti (September 30, 1933 – January 24, 2026) was an internationally known, award-winning author and lecturer. He was one of the nation’s leading progressive political analysts. His highly informative and entertaining books and talks reached a wide range of audiences in North America and abroad. Among his most well-known books are Blackshirts and Reds: Rational Fascism and the Overthrow of Communism, Democracy for the Few, and Against Empire.
