Jan D. Weir is a lawyer and professor of business law at the University of Toronto. He is the co-author of "The Essential Concepts of Canadian Business Law" and researches how the super-rich have been using unrecognized methods for the upward transfer of wealth since the 1980s in the tax, corporate, and banking areas.
